Description
Tobby puts you in control of a Asian hand fan that you must swing toward a dog strapped to a balloon in order to make it move and reach the goal. But remember don't let the dog collide with any walls/moving stars or the balloon will explode. Gently swing the fan in the direction you want the dog to do move, release the mouse if the dog gets too high or out of control. Skill is key if you want to make it to the exit, so see what you can do.
